Rescheduling and Cancellation Policies
Rescheduling of sessions
If you need to reschedule your session, you can do so at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.
In this case, the payment made will be retained and can be used to reschedule the session on a new available date.
Cancellations
In case of cancellation of the session, the payment made is non-refundable.
Late cancellations or no-shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as non-attendance at the session without prior notice, imply the loss of the session and the payment made, without the possibility of rescheduling.
By booking a session, it is understood that the person accepts these payment, cancellation and rescheduling policies.
